About
Holon-S1 is Sophont's model for decoding tumor biology from routine clinical data. From a standard H&E pathology slide it predicts where thousands of genes are active and maps those predictions with tissue structure to dozens of biological programs and pathways, without costly molecular tests. Sophont offers access and collaborations for biomarker discovery, patient stratification for trials, explaining treatment response and drug and diagnostic development.
