Planned 500-tonne/year U.S. rare earth metallization plant
Solcoa One is Solcoa Industries' first commercial rare earth metalmaking plant, planned for Nevada with about 500 tonnes per year of capacity and a targeted commissioning around mid-2027. Public materials describe it as scaling the company's Alameda metallization process for neodymium-praseodymium and samarium metal used in magnets for EVs, robotics, and defense.
