Open-weight all-atom biomolecular foundation model for structure prediction and molecular design
OpenDDE is an open-source, open-weight all-atom model from Aureka Biotechnologies that co-folds proteins, nucleic acids and small molecules, scaling from structure prediction to design and optimization. It is released under Apache-2.0 with code, weights and a prebuilt Docker image, and Aureka reports leading antibody-antigen results on benchmarks such as FoldBench-AB.
