AI-native TechBio company using foundation models and autonomous labs for drug discovery
Aureka Biotechnologies is a TechBio company based in Laguna Hills, California and Shanghai that combines agentic AI, biological foundation models and end-to-end lab automation to run closed-loop Generate-Test-Learn-Optimize cycles for drug discovery. It is building an internal pipeline of antibody therapeutics targeting cardiometabolic, inflammatory and CNS and aging-related diseases. Its products include Aureka Prism, an enterprise AI agent for pharma R&D, and OpenDDE, an open-weight all-atom biomolecular foundation model. In August 2026 it announced a US$100 million Series B with Granite Asia funding the first tranche, bringing total funding to nearly US$200 million.
