Decentralized AI consensus protocol: the adjudication layer for the agentic economy
GenLayer is a decentralized network in which a random panel of validators, each running a different AI model, reaches consensus on questions without a single deterministic answer. Its Intelligent Contracts are Python programs that can read the web and interpret natural language, executed in the sandboxed GenVM; disputes escalate through appeals to larger panels (Optimistic Democracy), and Greyboxing varies each validator's model to resist prompt injection. It is designed to let AI agents resolve contracts and disputes in minutes.
