Gravity
Minimal append-and-review notes app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android
About
Gravity is a minimal notes app built on Andrej Karpathy's append-and-review method. Every note goes into one stream with the newest at the top; older notes sink as new ones arrive, and swiping a note right (or pressing R on the Mac) rescues it back to the top. There are no folders, tags to maintain or accounts to create. Notes are stored on the device with offline search and optional iCloud sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the app is a one-time purchase with no subscription. A command-line tool lets AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex search and write Gravity notes, and a cross-platform Gravity Sync service is in development as a beta. Gravity is made by Tristan Manchester, a solo developer based in the UK, and launched on Product Hunt in October 2026.
