The Temple wearable is a small pill-shaped device that sticks to the side of the head and, with the companion Temple app, tracks signals associated with cerebral blood flow and oxygenation (BrainFlow), an Entropy score for physiological strain and recovery, and heart rate during activity. It comes in colours including True Gold, Rose Gold, Dark Mirror and Deep Blue, is made to order, and was listed at Rs 85,000 in India at pre-order launch in November 2026, including lifetime app access and a charging pod.
