TBC mischief 1 is an image-to-video AI model from The Biological Computing Co., released publicly on October 30, 2026. Built on the open-weight Wan 2.2 model with a lightweight software layer derived from experiments on living neurons, it takes a text prompt and a first-frame image and generates 3- or 5-second 16:9 clips at 480p or 720p. TBC says it is five times faster than the base model with 80% lower inference cost; pricing on fal and OpenRouter starts at $0.005 per second at 480p. It is aimed at ideation, previsualisation, moodboards and variant testing.
