About
Catalyst is Serval's admin-facing automation agent. Admins describe what they want to automate and Catalyst drafts workflows, skills, journeys, access-management policies and dashboards, analyzes help desk ticket history to surface automation opportunities, and can create background agents that investigate issues before a ticket is filed. Everything it builds is staged as a draft for review before publishing, and it operates with the permissions of the person using it. Serval launched Catalyst in August 2026.
