Secret Fruit is a confidential matching platform for small and medium-sized business transactions, focused on Poland and introducing international transaction capabilities. Matching uses company profiles and search criteria, including industry, location, financial information and transaction expectations. Owners control the disclosure of their company’s identity, with NDAs supporting information sharing. Buyers and investors can search for businesses matching their criteria, while M&A advisers and brokers can manage profiles for multiple clients. Registered users can also access a free, indicative AI-assisted business valuation.
