Record scope changes and estimate extra project work
Scope Change Desk is a $19 one-time downloadable desktop-browser app for freelancers handling requests outside the original brief. Record agreed deliverables and revision rounds, estimate additions using your hourly rate, and track proposed, approved or declined requests. Review separate time and cost totals, export an HTML summary and save editable JSON backups. Work on one project at a time and save backups regularly. No app account or subscription is needed. You record decision statuses yourself: the app does not obtain client consent, invoice clients or collect payments. This is a non-AI tool. Version 1.0.0 includes instructions and a fictional example.
