API for unlimited durable real-time streams with append, replay, and tail-read support, plus SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go, and Rust.
S2 (Stream Store) is an API for durable, ordered record streams designed as a streaming counterpart to object storage. Streams are organized into globally named basins; records are appended atomically and can be replayed from any retained point or tailed in real time via SSE, long polling, or a custom HTTP/2 binary protocol used by SDKs. S2 provides SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go, and Rust; a REST API; CLI; a browser Studio UI; and s2-lite, a local emulation single-binary server. Pricing is usage-based. S2 is a product of s2.dev.
