Rima is built for tax resolution firms, enabling enrolled agents to complete IRS forms (433-A, 433-B, 433-F, OIC) from bank statements, pay stubs, tax transcripts, and intake forms in about five minutes per form. AI data-entry agents extract data, populate all form fields, draft P&Ls, and flag gaps for human review. The platform is AES-256 encrypted, SOC 2 controlled, and maintains zero-retention agreements with AI providers so client documents are never used for model training.
