ReLU.chat is a set of free, privacy-first learning assistants (game theory, data science, reinforcement learning, linear algebra, web platform and more) that run entirely in the browser. Answers come from retrieval plus BM25 and a small policy model in WASM/JS, with an optional MiniLM embedding model, so no large language model or server is involved.
