Sinovia Technologies manufactures Printed Light Film, a roll-to-roll printed OLED film less than 0.25 mm thick that emits uniform light across any custom geometry at 100-micron resolution, eliminating LEDs, PCBs, and optics from the bill of materials. The film fits inside payment cards, wraps bottles, or integrates into curved surfaces where conventional lighting is impractical. Manufacturing carbon footprint is 10x lower than traditional LED assembly, and customers receive functional samples within 6-8 weeks of submitting a design.
