Pocket Invoice helps freelancers and small service businesses prepare client invoices, estimates and quotes. Its browser invoice generator can produce a PDF without registration. An account adds saved clients, document management and payment records. PDF preview and download send the document data to the PDF service. The product is currently free, with account document and storage limits. For AI-assisted work, Pocket Invoice provides a hosted MCP server with company-scoped OAuth. Codex has been tested. A connected AI client provides the reasoning and calls the invoicing tools; this is not a separate built-in AI model. Sending email requires confirmation. Payment recording keeps a record and does not charge a customer.
