Pave Robotics builds a semi-autonomous crack sealing platform that maps pavement cracks with onboard cameras and lidar, then applies heated rubberized sealant with a robotic arm tracking to 1/4-inch precision. One operator can seal up to 2,500 feet per hour with a 125-gallon heated sealant tank across an operating range of 20°F to 110°F. Every foot sealed is logged with GPS coordinates, material flow, operator details, and before/after photos for procurement compliance.
