OncoPrism is Cofactor Genomics' flagship diagnostic that uses multidimensional RNA biomarkers to predict whether patients will respond to immunotherapy, addressing the limitations of single-analyte biomarkers. It is being evaluated in the national PREDAPT trial across 11 solid tumor cancers with 24+ healthcare systems participating.
