About
NovaSynth by Noveum is a self-service platform for voice AI testing. Connect a phone or LiveKit endpoint, define synthetic callers and scenarios, and test voice agent calls with interruptions and background noise. Review recordings, transcripts and voice AI evaluation results, then rerun scenarios after changes for regression testing. Batch runs cover combinations of personas and scenarios.
