Under-chin wearable device that reads subvocal muscle signals to silently control a computer without speaking or typing.
Murmur is a disposable-patch-and-reusable-puck under-chin wearable that decodes muscle signals from the jaw, tongue, and throat in real time to convert silent speech into text and computer commands. It uses no microphone or camera; all processing is based on biosignals, and actions are previewed before execution with high-impact actions requiring explicit confirmation and instant undo. Currently supporting macOS with integrations for Slack, Gmail, Calendar, and Notes; Windows and web are planned. The product is in private beta with a waitlist. Murmur is a product of The Subvocal Company.
