Cubelets are Mueon's modular three-dimensional compute and memory building blocks. They treat packaging, interconnect, power delivery and thermals as first-class design variables to densify compute at the system level and reduce data-movement power, without the sprawl of a traditional server rack. As of October 2026 Mueon is moving Cubelets from platform development toward system validation and production readiness.
