Modulari-T develops two core technologies for cell and gene therapy: MARC (Modular Actuation Receptor Complex), a next-generation immune receptor with separate targeting and signaling, on/off control, bispecific options, and reduced exhaustion validated across five cell types; and MoVe (Modular Vector), the first rationally designed in vivo delivery vehicle for gene therapy that avoids liver toxicity and precisely targets immune or non-immune cells.
