Mirabelle is a countertop home robot chef that accepts whole raw ingredients and autonomously chops, sequences, and cooks them into a complete meal using vision AI. It manages cooking timing to avoid overcooking (e.g., onions before zucchini), everything that touches food unclips by hand and goes in the dishwasher, and it sits on the kitchen counter in a footprint slightly larger than a microwave. Initial in-home testing is planned for September 2026 with delivery expected January 2027. Mirabelle is a product of Mirabelle.
