Mio is a bidirectional interoperability integration that connects Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom Chat to enable real-time message relay and file sharing across platforms without requiring users to switch applications. Organizations install the Mio app into their existing chat platforms to enable cross-platform direct messaging, channel messaging, and link sharing between Google Drive and SharePoint. User directories are synchronized via Entra ID groups to keep identities discoverable across platforms. Mio does not permanently store messages or files and is built to integrate directly with Google and Microsoft APIs. Mio is a product of Mio.
