LiliumX is Valink Therapeutics' proprietary drug discovery platform built on three pillars: synthetic protein biology, high-throughput functional screening, and AI. The platform enables broad exploration of bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (BsADCs) using a V-Gate approach that gates therapeutic binding based on continuous levels of two molecular targets on tumor cells, enabling more selective and potent targeting with fewer effects on healthy tissue. Valink is currently advancing three oncology-focused programs using the platform. LiliumX is a product of Valink Therapeutics.
