Invitris offers a prokaryotic cell-free expression system using Phactory reagents optimized for enzymes, phages, endolysins, tailocins, and binders with E. coli codon-optimized DNA and T7 promoters, and a mammalian cell-free expression system for proteins requiring post-translational modifications such as glycosylation and disulfide bonds.
