QA platform that replays real customer journeys against every code change in isolated forks of production to identify failures before shipping.
Haystack reads code diffs, identifies every production code path the change can affect based on real traffic patterns, forks production infrastructure (Postgres, Redis, queues, object storage) into isolated copies in about 26 seconds, and runs each affected scenario twice—with and without the change—to isolate failures. Results include pre/post screens, changed network calls, and stopped events, with live environments available for investigation. A coding agent loop uses failing results to implement fixes and re-runs until no failures remain. The CLI is haystack verify. Currently in early access. Haystack is a product of Haystack.
