GCash is the Philippines' finance super app, operated by Mynt subsidiary G-Xchange. Launched in 2004 as an SMS-based e-money transfer service under Globe Telecom, it became the country's first e-wallet mobile app in 2012 and now offers payments, transfers, remittances, loans, savings, investments including GStocks, and insurance.
