dev/color is a nonprofit membership community and accountability partner for Black software engineers, technologists, and executives at every career stage. The organization provides connections, mentorship, goal setting, and events to help members advance into leadership roles and outpace industry averages in pay equity and career progression. It also serves as an accountability partner for companies that invest in, employ, or are led by Black engineers and technologists. Membership is community-driven and built by and for Black technologists. dev/color is a product of DevColor.
