CLD-001 is Celaid Therapeutics' lead investigational cell therapy: an ex vivo-expanded hematopoietic stem cell product derived from umbilical cord blood, using Celaid's expansion technology to overcome the limited number of blood-forming stem cells in a cord blood unit. It is being developed for severe pediatric non-malignant diseases and is preparing for an IND application and a first-in-human clinical trial in the United States. It is not yet approved.
