The chat app for building sites
BRCKS is construction project management software built for UK builders, trades and their clients. The site team uses BRCKS Chat (iPhone and Android), the office runs every job in BRCKS Web, and subcontractors and clients stay on WhatsApp for free, with everything landing in the same job. One tap turns a chat message into a checklist item, snag, order or diary date; photos sent in a project group go straight into that project; and a shared calendar keeps site visits and deadlines visible to the whole team. BRCKS also covers snagging, variations, RFIs, plots, a client portal, latest drawings and key project info like gate and wifi codes. It was built by James Shorter, a founder with 20+ years in UK construction, and is used by 100+ UK construction teams. Pricing: Solo £20/month and Teams £40/seat/month (billed annually, + VAT); subcontractors and clients are free. Free to start.
