Solugen's Bioforge platform combines cell-free enzymatic oxidation reactors with metal catalysis to convert sustainable feedstocks into high-purity chemicals for oil and gas, renewable fuels, and aerospace and defense customers. The modular design can be built anywhere at speed and scale, decentralizing manufacturing and reducing dependence on traditional capital-intensive chemical plants. The process yields approximately one ton of product per ton of feedstock, with minimal downstream steps (evaporator and crystallizer only). Bioforge is a product of Solugen.
