Applied AI lab building Nebula, the state layer that gives AI agents current workflow state
Zeroset is a San Francisco applied AI lab founded in January 2026 by Akshat Kannan (CEO) and William Zhang. Its first product, Nebula, connects to the systems a company already uses and turns tickets, messages, approvals, handoffs and decisions into a live, queryable model of business state so long-running agents can retrieve current context instead of reconstructing it every run. The company plans to train customer-specific enterprise world models on these traces. In October 2026 Zeroset emerged from stealth with a $5.2 million pre-seed round co-led by Gradient and 2048 Ventures, with participation from Leblon Capital.
