Zaria (Zaria Systems, Inc.) builds real-time fiduciary infrastructure for mark-to-market credit and structured finance: loan servicing, backup servicing, collateral management and agency services on one platform, including a verification agent that checks the document behind every loan against originator data. Lightspeed says lenders including Ledn, Maple, Galaxy, Kraken and Figure run facilities and securitizations on Zaria. In August 2026 it applied to the OCC to charter Zaria National Trust Bank, a proposed special-purpose national trust bank (pending), and on October 14, 2026 it announced a $5.2M seed round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
