The AI platform for human skills
Yoodli is a Seattle startup offering AI roleplays and coaching that help employees practise sales pitches, demos, interviews and difficult conversations, and is expanding into a broader platform that builds courses from a prompt, teaches people to use AI and software, answers employee questions with AI personas, coaches during calls and measures progress. It spun out of the AI2 Incubator in 2021; co-founders are CEO Varun Puri and chief customer officer Esha Joshi. Customers include Google, Snowflake and Databricks. It has raised nearly $60M, including $13.7M in May 2025 and a $40M round in December 2025 led by WestBridge Capital that valued it at more than $300M.
