Yazen is a Swedish digital obesity clinic, founded in 2021, that treats obesity as a chronic disease by combining modern weight-loss medication with continuous digital care from a multidisciplinary team of doctors, coaches, dietitians, psychologists and personal trainers. Patients get a personal assessment, an individually adapted treatment plan and progress tracking in the Yazen app. Headquartered in Sweden, it operates across eight European countries including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. On October 8, 2026 Yazen announced it had secured €50 million in a round led by European growth investor Verdane, with participation from previous lead investor Evli Growth Partners, to scale its care model across Europe; at the time it reported more than 50,000 patients actively in treatment and about 290 employees.
