Watchtower Labs builds Watchtower, an AI-native decision environment for high-stakes military operations. It models the constraints that bind a force, such as fuel, munitions, transport, routes and time, and combines simulation and optimization to generate and stress-test executable courses of action against hundreds of possible futures, with planners asking questions in natural language. It started with logistics and sustainment planning, partnered with the Naval Postgraduate School in 2025, and was selected by the Defense Innovation Unit in January 2026 for its Joint Sustainment Decision Tool prototype. Founded in late 2024 and based in Seattle and San Francisco, it emerged from stealth in October 2026 with a $35 million seed round co-led by Shield Capital and Conviction, with Founders Fund participating.
