Vrtx is a Riyadh-based fintech founded in 2025 by Mishal Bin Slimah and Omar Shaaban. Its Banking-as-a-Service style platform lets non-financial companies such as logistics and delivery firms, payroll providers and loyalty programmes embed branded financial products like digital wallets, payouts and payment cards, with transaction processing, balance management and compliance tooling. In October 2026 it raised a $3.6 million pre-seed round with participation from SC Ventures, Sadu Capital, BYLD, Suhail Ventures, F6 Ventures, Taz Investment and Palm Ventures.
