Vitalls is a UAE-based healthtech company founded by Mehdi Bouchenak in 2023. It builds a secure, patient-owned digital health passport that lets people upload, manage, protect and share their medical records with doctors, insurers and providers across countries through its mobile app. In October 2026 Vitalls secured a $1.5 million seed investment commitment from Singapore-based EST Growmore, with an option for a further $1 million.
