AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing and regulated finance
Valon Technologies builds ValonOS, an AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing that unifies the loan record, money movement, workflows, compliance logic and audit trail in one system, with AI agents that handle servicing work such as answering homeowner emails, allocating payments and running escrow analyses. Founded in 2019, Valon first ran its own licensed mortgage servicer on the platform for six years before opening ValonOS to the industry, and later sold that servicing business to Carrington Mortgage Services to focus on the software. Customers named by the company include Rithm Capital's Newrez, Carrington Mortgage Services and ServiceMac. On October 5, 2026 Valon announced a $150M Series D at a $2.3B valuation, with Ribbit Capital joining as a new investor alongside existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz. It plans to expand into other regulated lending and servicing sectors. Offices are in New York and San Francisco.
