Reasoning and context layer that gives enterprise AI agents a living decision graph of the company
Uvi is a Tel Aviv-founded enterprise AI startup building a reasoning layer that sits underneath a company's AI agents. It connects to codebases, PRs, tickets, docs, agent sessions and conversations (e.g. Slack, GitHub, Jira/Atlassian) and builds a living Decision Graph of what was decided, who owns it, what triggered it and what is blocking it, plus a semantic layer that resolves the company's internal vocabulary. Agents such as Claude Code or Cursor query the graph (via GraphQL or MCP) instead of re-crawling systems, with permissions inherited from existing access controls and enforced at query time, and it can run on-prem or in a customer's private cloud. Founded in 2023 by CEO Gilad Salinger and CTO Dror Wolmer and formerly called Naboo, Uvi announced a seed round led by CT Innovations in October 2026; its site lists engineering teams at companies including Lemonade, monday.com, Melio and Global-e.
