About
Ultra Security is an agentic security platform that sits between AI agents and the MCP servers and connectors they call. Every tool call, data read and prompt request runs through Ultra, so organizations can see and control what their agents do in real time rather than after the fact. It was founded in 2025 by Chase Lee, who previously founded Trustpage (acquired by Vanta), and is headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. In October 2026 it emerged from stealth with a $10M seed round from investors including Ludlow Ventures, Hidden Capital, Entree Capital and Detroit Venture Partners.
