Two Point O Capital is a Bengaluru-based clean infrastructure platform that finances, installs and monitors solar, energy-efficiency and wastewater-treatment systems for commercial and industrial customers, letting them adopt these systems with little or no upfront capital. It offers capex and project finance, performance-based contracts, power purchase agreements and equipment leasing, and uses AI/ML tools to assess projects, underwrite risk and monitor asset performance. Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan and Shashidhar Reddy, it raised $10 million in a round led by Transition Venture Capital in November 2026 to expand into battery energy storage.
