Israeli AI lab building technology to make AI model inference faster and more efficient
Two Delta is a stealth-stage Israeli AI startup founded in 2025 by Dvir Zeltzer and Dr. Eli David (co-founder of Deep Instinct). It publishes research on accelerating AI models, including DCOCO, a speculative decoding method it applied with NVIDIA to Nemotron 3.5 Super VL inference, and EvoWeb, a benchmark for AI agents that write code for web applications. In October 2026 it was reported to have raised a seed round of undisclosed size backed by investors including Bill Ackman and Eric Schmidt. Performance figures are company-reported.
