TraceWeave is a Seoul-based on-device AI startup that develops Phase-TITAN, a post-transformer architecture that keeps memory use constant as context grows, so AI agents can call tools and take multi-step actions on memory-constrained devices without cloud calls. It has demonstrated a multi-step agent running on a smartphone CPU and completed a paid autonomous-driving pilot. Co-founded in October 2025 by researchers with backgrounds at ETH Zurich, Google and KAIST and led by CEO Jaeyoung Park, it raised about KRW 3 billion in a seed round led by Mirae Asset Capital with NAVER D2SF in October 2026.
