Thrive Therapies is a Dallas-based, tech-enabled pediatric healthcare company that places its own speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, school psychologists and behavioral health clinicians inside schools to serve children with disabilities. Its Thrive Clinical platform records session-level outcomes and supports districts' Medicaid reimbursement. It works with more than 200 schools and districts across Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Washington. Founded by CEO Dr. Kristin McGraner, it raised $7.7 million led by LiveOak Ventures in October 2026, with Activate Venture Partners and the Charter School Growth Fund participating.
