Tenix Health is a New York startup founded by Will Detwiler and Colin G. Mills, formerly of Insight Partners and Epic Systems. Its AI Revenue Cycle Analyst structures hospital payer contracts and billing data, finds contract underpayments by insurers, works the appeals and reports on what it recovered, without requiring an EHR integration. Providers pay only on recovered revenue. The product is in private beta. In October 2026 it announced a $4M+ seed round led by Insight Partners co-founder Jeff Horing, joined by Refract Ventures and healthcare angels.
