Syncrowin is an industrial AI startup based in Melbourne and San Francisco. Its platform connects the systems on heavy-industry and energy sites, aggregating data from machinery, sensors, maintenance logs and business software so operators can spot warning signs earlier, reduce unplanned stops and waste, and meet output targets with the equipment they already run. It was founded by Aisshwarya (Ash) Kansakaar and Jaideep Upadhyay. In October 2026 it announced a $3M pre-seed round led by Collide Capital, with Hustle Fund, POV Ventures, Co-Ventures, Ventari and angel investors participating.
