Sunlight AI is a New York- and Miami-based company founded by Sina Chehrazi, founder of Nayya, that helps independent physicians stay independent by taking over practice administration. It combines AI software, practice-management infrastructure and human expertise to provide revenue cycle management (billing, collections, denials and out-of-network/IDR recovery), people and operations (payroll, HR, benefits) and tax and finance services. It launched in October 2026 with a $17.4 million seed round led by Basis Set Ventures founder Lan Xuexhao, alongside its acquisition of Bradford Medical Associates.
