About

Soda Labs builds privacy infrastructure for on-chain finance. Its Bubble privacy layer uses garbled-circuit multiparty computation (GC-MPC), running on ordinary cloud CPUs, to enable confidential transactions and private computation on public blockchains while supporting selective disclosure for compliance. The company first built gcEVM, an Ethereum Layer 2 privacy layer live on the COTI network, where it says its technology has processed more than 100 million transactions, and is extending it into Bubble, a chain-agnostic privacy coprocessor live on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and COTI. It targets payments and stablecoins, institutional DeFi, tokenization, asset management and banks. Soda Labs was founded by Avishay Yanai (CEO) and Meital Levy (CTO). In October 2026 it announced a $3M seed round fully funded by NextBlock (per Chainwire).
